Individual and Couples Counselling, Therapy and Supervision in Huddersfield and Halifax

Most of us have times in our lives when we struggle to find our way through a problem. Counselling offers confidential, non-judgemental, professional support and the time and space we need to discover new perspectives.

Why counselling?

Are you looking for a safe, calm space to explore and transform your relationship with yourself and with others?

Perhaps you're tired of feeling unhappy and stuck and are ready to move forward, or maybe you and your partner are finding it difficult to escape the cycle of blame and would like to reconnect in a healthier, happier way.

You might be reassessing your life and having difficulty adjusting after a bereavement, separation, divorce, illness or retirement.

Do you feel it's time to discover who you are and what you are capable of? If so, you'll be searching for a counsellor who can best assist you in your self-discovery.

Next steps

Whether you're thinking about individual counselling for yourself or couples counselling for you and your partner, it's important (and can be tricky) to find a counsellor you trust who 'gets' you and your problem.

I'm an experienced and qualified counsellor working with individuals and couples in West Yorkshire (Huddersfield), only 6 miles from Halifax and conveniently placed for the M62.

Some of the issues I explore with clients are: relationship difficulties, self esteem, bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, stress, divorce and separation.

Hopefully this and the following pages will give you some sense of me and my work as you make your decision. If you'd like to know more, or have any questions, please contact me for more information.

My practice is in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, covering the Kirklees district and within easy reach of Brighouse, Halifax and the Calderdale district.
